One serving provides 50% (5ug) of an adult’s vitamin D intake; we get our Vitamin D from the sun during April – September but children and babies need a supplement of 10ug all year round, adults 10ug outside these months and should consider it year round, ask your pharmacist for more advice or see the NHS Website
- Cut the mushrooms into quarters
- Mix the miso paste and herbs with the
hot water until dissolved and pour over
the mushrooms in a shallow ovenproof
dish, stir so the mushrooms are well
- Put in the oven (200C/180C fan
oven/Gas Mark 6) for 25-30 minutes
or until soft and tinged golden brown.
Serve hot or cold.
